Book an appointment to have any suspect skin lesions checked, renew a prescription, referral, medical certificate, or have any other medical issue seen to.

If you require an appointment outside the hours provided on the website, please feel free to email admin@theskincancerdoctor.com.au or phone 1300 754 637 to arrange a time that is suitable.

When booking, please ensure your mobile phone number is correct and that you have a mobile phone with a camera, so you can communicate face to face with Dr. Alan Jones.

 

What do I need to do once I have booked?

– You will receive a text message at the time of your appointment requesting that you find a quiet space for your appointment.

– Click on the link in the text message when you receive it

– Accept any prompts asking for access to your phone’s camera

– Accept the incoming call from Dr. Alan Jones

The call will be similar to a FaceTime video call however the software used is specifically designed for medical use and is encrypted to protect your privacy.

We will recommence travels as The Flying Skin Cancer Doctor as soon as it is safe to do so. However, until such a time eventuates, please stay safe and take care of each other during this very uncertain time
